Orders are packed and shipped from Illinois, USA.

Most orders ship within 1 business day, unless otherwise noted on the product page or during high-volume restocks.

Stationery gift boxes ship free within the United States.

Smaller add-on items, such as keychains or sticker boxes, may have a flat shipping fee shown at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and destination.

Ollie Studio is not responsible for carrier delays after the package has been handed to the shipping carrier.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.
