Return and Refund Policy

Because our stationery gift boxes are curated in small batches, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at olliestudio.bloom@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping box.

We will review the issue and, when appropriate, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Custom add-ons, limited drops, and final sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
